For those who have completed Level 1, we are now transitioning from postural anatomical relationships into movement to gain a deeper understanding of how posture influences function.

In this next level, you will learn simple assessments to determine if tissues are merely positioned in a shortened or lengthened state, if they are actively restricting movement, or if a joint is responsible for specific limitations. Gaining this knowledge will allow you to be more efficient and effective when developing your treatment or movement strategies.

The course is appropriate for both movement and manual practitioners.
