For those who have taken Level 1, we now take postural anatomical relationships into movement to get a deeper understanding of how posture influences movements. You will learn simple to perform assessments to determine if tissues are merely positioned inappropriately shortened or lengthened state or are restricting movement. Or if a joint is more responsible for limitations.
Having this knowledge helps you to be more efficient and effective in developing treatment or movement strategies.

The course is appropriate for both movement and manual practitioners.
